Divine MONB ( modified Niel Bohr ) theory that underpins both cardiac systole and diastole . In divine atomic model ( divine MONB ) , it is CCP in the atomic nucleus that triggers cardiac systole and diastole . Dr Mc Fadden and Dr Al Khalili who are pioneer in molecular biology and nuclear physics are unnecessary explaining Biology with Quantum Mechanics . Both are separate identity or phenomena and both are triggered by MIND the ToE ( theory of every thing ). The behavior of Na , K , Ca in chemistry is different . But once they enter in body , their behavior is different and it is due to higher thought expressions by B.B.B s of which they are made up of . That is how chemistry ends and biology begins . Thus Quantum Mechanics ( QM) neither underpins chemistry nor biology.

The objectives of this research effort were to study and compare cutting surface quality and the effects of AISI-P20 tool steel to AISI-1050 tool steel. The milling machining process was set to various parameter values according to the following test conditions: feed rates of 45, 50 and 55 mm/min, spindle speeds of 510, 572 and 637 rpm, and milling ranges of 3, 5 and 10 mm, respectively, using 10-mm-diameter two-end mill cutting. Findings indicated that the tool steel with the best surface quality was the AISI-1050, which had the lowest roughness at 2.120. The most suitable parameter values for the best surface quality of both tools were the feed rate of 45 mm/min, spindle speed of 637 rpm and cutting range of 3 mm. Under all test conditions, the surface quality and end mill wear were directly impacted by the change of parameter values.

This paper presents the analysis and evaluation of heat affected zones (HAZ) of the workpiece surfaces machined using different tool electrodes by Die-Sinking EDM. The kerosene oil of commercial grade has been used as dielectric fluid. The effect of various important EDM parameters such as pulse duration, peak current and discharge gap voltage has been investigated to yield the responses in terms of material removal rate (MRR) and surface roughness (SR). Further the detailed analysis of heat affected regions has been carried out by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical microscopy (OM). Experimental results indicate that copper as a tool electrode shows a good response towards MRR, whereas brass gives superior surface finish as compared to other tool electrodes.

Byzantine-fault-tolerant replication enhances the availability and reliability of Internet services that store critical state and preserve it despite attacks or software errors. However, existing Byzantine-fault-tolerant storage systems either assume a static set of replicas, or have limitations in how they handle reconfigurations (e.g., in terms of the scalability of the solutions or the consistency levels they provide). This can be problematic in long-lived, large-scale systems where system membership is likely to change during the system lifetime. In this paper, we present a complete solution for dynamically changing system membership in a large-scale Byzantine-fault-tolerant system. We present a service that tracks system membership and periodically notifies other system nodes of membership changes. The membership service runs mostly automatically, to avoid human configuration errors; is itself Byzantine fault- tolerant andreconfigurable; and provides applications with a sequence of consistent views of the system membership. We demonstrate the utility of this membership service by using it in a novel distributed hash table called dBQS that provides atomic semantics even across changes in replica sets. dBQS is interesting in its own right because its storage algorithms extend existing Byzantine quorum protocols to handle changes in the replica set, and because it differs from previous DHTs by providing Byzantine fault tolerance and offering strong semantics. We implemented the membership service and dBQS. Our results show that the approach works well, in practice: the membership service is able to manage a large system and the cost to change the system membership is low.

The Study was carried out to determine the proximate composition ofBlighiasapida an indigenous fruit tree, from rainforest and savanna zone of Ondo, Osun and Oyo state, Nigeria were investigated.Ten percent of all the Local Government Areas (LGAs) was selected in each vegetation zones of the each state. Mature fruits were collected from three different trees in the selected LGAs and polled together for chemical analyses. The analyseswere performed for the edible part (aril).Phenol, flavonoid, Vitamin A, VitaminB1, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and 1-1, diphenyl picaryl hydrazine (DPPH) were the anti-oxidants determined while proximate composition (moisture content, ash, crude protein, crude fibre, fat, carbohydrate, pH) and mineral contents (calcium, magnesium, manganese, iron, potassium, sodium, zinc) were also determined using standardized methods. Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was used to analyze the data generated through the laboratory analyses. The results revealed that B.sapidahasmore concentration of vitamin A (1007.97±3.18) and Dpph (63.81±0.08) in rainforest of Oyo state, and phenol (4.80±0.08) in savanna zone of Oyo state; other anti-oxidants were of low concentration.The result for the proximate composition showed that Blighiasapidaaril is rich in Potassium with Oyo state having the highest value (80.33±12.62), followed by Sodium (67.33±17.80) in Oyo state and Calcium(61.50±19.17)in Oyo state and that it has high moisture content (66.36±3.62) in Oyo state. Its high deterioration is due to its high moisture content. Significant differences were observed for some of the chemical components between savanna and rainforest while some had no significant differences. Blighiasapida contains essential nutrients that are necessary for good functioning of the body.The concentration of anti-oxidants in the species suggests that they can be good sources of natural anti-oxidants, thus they can be used as supplement in food manufacturing. The findings from this study also reveal that B.sapida can be consumed by pregnant women because of its high concentration of minerals. The consumption of B. sapida is not detrimental to health.Since the results of this study has shown the nutritional value of B sapida, this species should be grown in abundance and industrial uses encouraged, in order for a good number of the populace to continue to harness their good nutritional composition.

In this study, the impact behaviors of glass-fiber/vinyl ester (GG) and carbon nanotube filled glass-fiber/vinyl ester (CG) subjected to increasing impact energies have been experimentally investigated at room temperature. Using a drop weight test rig, specimens were impacted using steel 12 mm in diameter hemispherical impactor. The impact tests performed at impactor mass (15.5 kg). The penetration and perforation thresholds of composites were determined by using energy profiling method (EPM). It is designated that adding carbon nanotube to the glass-fiber/vinyl ester composite contributes to the increasing of perforation threshold. Furthermore, overall damage areas caused by the impactor were evaluated and it is found that addition of carbon nanotube to the composite decreases the damages.

The concept of Blended wing body (BWB) in modern aviation is a potential breakthrough. Hybrid wing body is a fixed- wing aircraft having no clear dividing line between the wings and the main body of the aircraft. In order to obtain a more efficient structure to withstand more stress, one must increase the bending stiffness using deep sandwich shell with light weight & high strength composite skin with composite deep stiffener. The bulkhead member is one that which undergoes more loads. In this Project we use the combined advantage of using a symmetrical section & the Coupling Load to determine the stress property for a curvilinear bulkhead structural member. This project focuses on the composite member analysis using Carbon Nano Tube (CNT) as a core material instead of the normal steel metal material. The strength parameter is evaluated using Ansys simulation tool. This paper is a part 1 of the experimental work.

One of the most modernizing technologies among the transportation system where vehicles communicate through a wireless medium is vehicular ad-hoc network(VANET). In the proposed IEEE 802.11 include the interaction between the vehicles (V2V) and between vehicle and roadside infrastructure (V2I). Due to technological development there is an increase in the number of wireless devices which causes congestion which has an adverse effect on the throughput, long-latency,increase in high-error rate and data being lost in the wireless environment which leads to an immense collision of vehicles accidents. Thereby this method is used to control congestion, to regulate the traffic level to an acceptable level. Thus the proposed algorithm includes study existing 802.11 standard and develop an algorithm on MAC to modify parameters like transmit power, contention window and packet interval to reduce the congestion due to heavy broadcast traffic in the network for VANET.

Paper Title :: Analysis of Crack in Riveted Joints with the Help of Fracture Mechanics
Author Name :: Inturi Vamsi || Revuri Ajay Kumar || Y Srinivasa Reddy
Page Number :: 79-85
Paper Index :: 09.1913/xxxxxxxx

Aircraft structure contains wide expanses of basic redundant structures, which must be designed with some damage tolerance capability. Despite of all precautions, crack may arise in any of these structural elements, which will reduce the stiffness and the load carrying capacity of the structure. In the built-up structure every element is essential for the functioning of the structure as a whole, hence the possibility of crack occurring in any one of them must be taken into account in the initial design stage. Since the fuselage structure forms one of critical elements in the built-up structure of an aircraft, the damage tolerance analysis (Residual strength and Crack propagation analysis) of the three different crack configurations in stiffened panel was carried out. The finite element models of panel for different crack configurations of different crack length were prepared in ANSYS. The stress intensity factors for different crack length were computed using general-purpose sub-program values. Using these SIF values and rivet loads from finite element analysis, the residual strength of the panels were predicted by analytical approach. The residual strength of the stiffened panel was determined by criteria for stiffener failure and subsequent crack growth analysis was based on analytical methods. The crack arrest capability for the configuration corresponding to crack midway between rivet holes was found to be more as compared to that of crack emanating from rivet hole with middle stiffener either intact or broken.

This paper assesses the engineering design approach used in Marine engineering at Military Technological College (MTC), Oman and presents alternatives that bridges the gap between Training Need Analysis (TNA) and thesystem design approach to the curriculum. The Conceived, Design, Implement, and Operate (CDIO) concept was adopted for knowledge-induction and skills development in engineering graduates who would join the armed forces of Oman. The TNA department was tasked with the production of the required list that fulfills the needs of all military establishments under its umbrella. While developing marine engineering B. Eng. (Hons.) Program, with the core engineering modules and TNA non-credit modules, due weightage has been given to match the competencies required by the Royal Navy of Oman. The academic performance of students during last two years indicates that learning in a mixed-mode environment with the use of formative and summative assessment through Moodle can be successfully implemented in all engineering modules
