A triple band integrated ultra-wideband (UWB) antenna is proposed in this paper. This proposed antenna covers UWB frequency spectrum of 3.1 – 10.6 GHz as well as other three frequencies bands namely 2 GHz, 11 GHz and 15 GHz for GSM, radar and satellite communication applications respectively. The antenna consists of circular patch, substrate and ground structures. The circular patch is circularly etched on the top surface of substrate with appropriate dimension to achieve UWB spectrum. A thin strip is connected to the rectangular feed line with circular patch. The rectangular ground plane is designed on the back side of antenna with small slots. The proposed antenna is small in dimension and square type............

In this study, engine performance tests and analysis of blended gasoline ethanol derived from Cadaba farinosa forssk plant at GE2 (98% gasoline and 2% ethanol volumetric proportion), GE4, GE6, GE8, and GE10 blended test fuel samples on a TD110-115 single cylinder, four stroke and air-cooled, spark ignition engine test rig, under different loading conditions in line with the SAE practice SAE J1312 June 1995 test protocol. The results show that the specific fuel consumption was better with gasoline than the tested blended fuel samples. In terms of higher engine torque, brake power, brake thermal efficiency, higher BSFC, lower BSEC values, leaner air – fuel ratio and comparatively higher exhaust temperature; it was observed that GE2, GE4, and GE6 blended fuel samples exhibited a better performance behavior than gasoline fuel sample under different loading conditions................

The epidemic of Hepatitis C virus infection is continuously evolving in Albania such as in Europe. Until now the intravenous drug use has become the main risk factor for the HCV transmission, prevalent infections have increased and genotype distribution has changed and diversified. Meanwhile in Eastern European countries epidemiological data are limited such as in Albania. Through this study, we furnish more information about the prevalence of HCV virus genotypes in Albania. Methods: In this study we enrolled 174 subjects HCV RNA positive during the period 2007-2015 with an median age of 38.7 years old, from the Public Health Institute and National Blood Transfusion Centre, Albania. Automatic Repeat Request (ARQ) protocols provide a widely recognized avenue for guaranteeing reliable transmission of data. The protocols are used in error control system to ensure the reliability of the transferred data. There are three types of these protocols, namely Stop and wait (SW), Go-Back-N (GBN), and Selective Repeat (SR). This paper takes a look at how theywork their advantages and disadvantages. It also takes a look at a recent ARQ protocol which attracts significant research of recent due to emergence of high speed data packet access; it is Hybrid ARQ (HARQ).

One basic feature of democracy is that it cuts across all divides of people in the act of election. It also encourages individual freedom according to the rule of law; hence people may behave and express themselves as they choose. This paper examines the development and implementation of and Electronic Voting System (EVS) that enables voters to cast their votes online and also enables the officials to register voters and print out the results of the votes casted. It equally provides security such that voters can only vote once with their identification details. The system therefore eliminates common fraud, speed up the processing of results, increase accessibility and make voting more convenient for the citizenry.

Anomaly detection is a challenging problem in Temporal data .In this paper we have proposed an algorithm using two different machine learning techniques Kmeans clustering and C5.0 decision tree , where Euclidean distance is used to find the closest cluster for the data set and then decision tree is built for each cluster using C5.0 decision tree technique and the rules of decision tree is used to classify each anomalous and normal instances in the dataset .The proposed algorithm gives impressive classification accuracy in the experimented result and describe the proposed system of kmeans and C5.0 decision tree

Wetlands have a buffering role particularly the ones at the lake shore, functioning like living filters by removing dissolved and suspended pollutants, thereby contributing to keeping lake waters clean and clear. They also purify water by trapping micro-organisms which cause diseases like diarrhea and dysentery. Wetland plants stabilize soils at the water edges, dampen wave action and slow current speed, hence reduce soil/shoreline erosion. Moreover, they play an important role in flood prevention by acting as hydrologic sponges for storing flood waters temporarily and later releasing it slowly............

In this paper we focus on mixed model analysis for regression model to take account of over dispersion in random effects. Moreover, we present the Data Exploration, Box plot, QQ plot, Analysis of variance, linear models, linear mixed –effects model for testing the over dispersion parameter in the mixed model. A mixed model is similar in many ways to a linear model. It estimates the effects of one or more explanatory variables on a response variable. In this article, the mixed model analysis was analyzed with the R-Language. The output of a mixed model will give you a list of explanatory values, estimates and confidence intervals of their effect sizes, P-values for each effect, and at least one measure of how well the model fits. The application of the model was tested using open-source dataset such as using numerical illustration and real datasets.

The indoor environments are becoming increasingly important for human comfort and from health point of view. It is estimated that high percentage of the global energy demand is coming from buildings. Majority of the buildings' occupants in Mubi are thermally uncomfortable in their offices and homes especially in the summer, because the climate is characterized by clear skies, high solar radiation, low air humidity and typically large diurnal temperature range. This study aimed to access the adequacy level of energy conscious design elements on the senate building of Adamawa State University, Mubi. The most observed effects include increases in phytoplankton biomass and frequent algal blooms. In this study species composition, abundance, spatial and temporal distribution of phytoplankton as well as total phytoplankton biomass of Kisumu Bay, (Winam Gulf), Lake Victoria, Kenya was studied for six months in the wake of climate change. Sampling was done every two weeks using a Van Dorn Water sampler to take water samples and algal cells were counted under an inverted microscope with the help of a Sedge-Wick Rafter Cell in order to determine density...........

This paper examines the Fisher hypothesis using 24 industry stocks in Vietnamese stock market. Empirical results in both ex post and ex ante models show a clear rejection of one-to-one relationship between stock returns and (actual/expected/unexpected) inflation, for all industry stock returns. Interestingly, the Fisher hypothesis that common stocks can provide a complete hedge against expected inflation is strongly rejected, given these findings. However, the results show that a number of industry stocks can provide a partial hedge against both ex post and expected inflation. This study has several implications for investors.

Bridge is a structure providing passageway over an obstacle without closing the way beneath. T-beam Bridge is mainly used by designer for small and medium span bridge. Reinforced Concrete is mostly used for highway bridge construction because of its durability, rigidity, economy, ease of construction and ease with pleasing appearance. This paper describes the design of 4-lane Reinforced Concrete T-beam Bridge deck considering IRC Class-AA tracked loading with span varying from 25 to 40m. After computing manually and STAAD Pro analysis software, it is observed that dead load bending moment with increasing span increases almost square of span.

The paper proposes a model of a unitary quantum field theory where the particle is represented as a wave packet. The frequency dispersion equation is chosen so that the packet periodically appears and disappears without changing its form. The envelope of the process is identified with a conventional wave function. Equation of such a field is nonlinear and relativistically invariant. With proper adjustments, they are reduced to Dirac, Schroedinger and Hamilton-Jacobi equations. A number of new experimental effects are predicted both for high and low energies.
