Biofloc system is an alternative for intensive culture system for aquatic organisms because the heterotrophic bacteria in there could reutilize the nutrient waste produced as metabollites so that the water quality can be improved. In the other hand, the biofloc system could cause the nitrite concentration becomes high if the dissolved oxygen in water is too low and cause brown nitrite in the fish blood that fish could become dead. Polyculture is one of solutions that could reduce tha biofloc density in water so that brown nitrite could be avoided. The study aimed to evaluate the effect of ratio of catfish and tilapia fish in polyculture system that can reduce biofloc density so that it could improve water quality.........

Fish is a resource that can be recovered, but this fishery resource is not infinite. The availability of fish resources, especially tuna, must be managed properly in order to continue to be utilized sustainably. The purpose of this research is to provide a recommendation of tuna fisheries management policy to be utilized sustainably. The method used to determine the policy recommendation is the SWOT method. The results of this study were recommended from the formulation based on the S-O and S-T strategy component. This recommendation is based on the score of the S-O strategy component has the highest value.

Knowledge of the global solar radiation received at a particular location on the earth's surface is of utmost importance in order to design and evaluate the performance of any device using solar energy at that location. In this paper the data from the measurements and recordings of the number of sunshine hours in a day undertaken by the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (South East Zone) were analyzed using pertinent equations to predict the monthly mean daily global solar radiation in Ikwo, Nigeria (Latitude 6.18⁰ N, Longitude 8.13⁰ E). The results show that the monthly mean daily sunshine hours range from a minimum of 2.73 hours to a maximum of 7.85 hours while the predicted monthly mean daily global solar radiation on a horizontal surface range from a minimum of 14.30MJm-2day-1 to a maximum of 22.57MJm-2day-1.

Local wells are constructed to provide good drinking water and some times served as a hiding place for enemies during wars. The application of mathematical concepts involved in the construction is neglected by our comtemporary Mathematicians. This Paper investigates the 99 – Dukkey Wells constructed at the Yankari Game reserved Area of Bauchi State and apply the concept in graph structure to provide some interesting graph theoretical models and structures. The research further examine the graph structures formed which led to obtain some algebraic theoretic properties of graphs which has application in network topology.

Conflict is inevitable in human societies whether real or imaginary. Media organizations not exempted. At a minimal level, it can lead to creativity and greater performance because individuals struggle within the conflict situation to bring out the best in them. However, when conflict exceed certain level and move more into negative tendency, it becomes an obstacle and challenge to both individual and organization performance, leading to communication and employee performance, organizational structure and employee performance and interpersonal conflict and employee performance.. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of conflict management on employee performance in selected broadcasting stations in Enugu State. The total population of study amount to 851 employees of selected broadcasting station in Enugu State (ESBS, NTA, FRCN), which comprises of 66 employees of ESBS, 102 employees of NTA, and 683 employees of FRCN...........

The determination of air pollutants in Ibeno LGA was carried out using standard analytical techniques. The pollutants monitored were NO2, SO2, H2S, CO, NH3, Cl2, TVOC, CH2O, PM2.5 PM10, andmeteorological parameters were: Temperature, relative humidity (RH), pressure and Wind Speed (WS). The results for the concentration of air pollutants and their AQI reveals as follows: NO2 (0.216+0.113ppm, AQI=216), SO2 (0.294+0.171ppm, AQI=58.8),........

Now a days, there are many software design packages that can do all necessary Over Head Lines calculations. However, it is required to appreciate the engineering behind any software, as it is important to understand what is happening and feed in the engineering knowledge. This paper is being able to propose the application of a standard design as the earth system of each wood pole cable termination towers, which allow a 132kV cable to connect two sections of wood pole construction 132kV overhead line between two 132kV Substations. The Lightning affects conductors in specific discrete event. There is no condition information as such on which to base conductor lifetime.

The photolysis of allyl chloride and allyl bromide with oxygen in Ar matrix resulted in several new bands in IR spectrum. Comparison of the observed frequencies with theoretical calculation indicated the isolated products were 3-(halomethyl)-1,2-dioxetane. The reaction mechanism was oxygen molecule added to the double bond of allyl halide and formed a stable product 3-(halomethyl)-1,2-dioxetane.
