Renovating the general education program in the direction of competency development is the philosophy of the General Education Program 2018 of Vietnam. In order to successfully carry out the renovation of the new curricula and textbooks, teacher is not only a provider, imparting knowledge to learners, but also has the duty in helping learners develop their qualities and competencies. In teaching, students can experience in practice, or simulate knowledge-building situations, contemplate and apply the knowledge into practice. Therefore, this is considered as one of the ways to effectively develop the qualities and competencies of learners, and becomes an educational trend of many advanced countries in the world and Vietnam........

Paper Title :: A questionnaire-based study to understand knowledge and create awareness on the exoplanet-Kepler 1649c
Author Name :: Siddhant Gvalani

An Earth-sized exoplanet, Kepler-1649c, was identified by NASA's Kepler space telescope as the system's outermost planet, circling a red dwarf star, Kepler-1649, in its habitable zone. It is situated in the constellation Cygnus and is roughly 301 light-years (92 pc) away from the surface of our planet (Andrew, 2020). K2 Science Office director Jeff Coughlin called it the "most Earth-like planet" identified by the Kepler Space Telescope as a "similar planet to Earth." Initially, the planet was marked as a false positive by Kepler's robovetter algorithm (Doyle, 2020).

Paper Title :: Zero Waste Management Integreted with Poultry and Maggot Production to Minimize Cost
Author Name :: Rakhman Sarwono

Waste is the symbol of inefficiency of any modern society and a representation of misallocated resources.Zero waste integrated between poultry and maggot cultivation was createdprotein source from the black soldier fly larvae (BSFL) itself. Maggots were very greedy on eating organic waste, included the poultry manure can be consumed by BSFL. Poultry manure was drop down to the maggot biopond, and was directly eaten by maggot. After the maggot in the pupae stage, the maggot put in poultry bin and was eaten by poultry as a protein supplement.........

Paper Title :: Phase Portraits in the Problem on Slipping of a Flexible Inextensible Chain with Dry Friction
Author Name :: Dr. Habil, A.S. Sumbatov
Page Number :: 21-25
:: 10.9790/1813-11082125

The plane problem on sliding down of an initially resting heavy flexible inextensible chain from a horizontal table with a rounded edge in the presence of dry friction is considered. An analytical formula for tension of the chain along its total length is found. Several phase portraits of the problem are depicted.

Quality education revolves around the quality of teaching, effective teacher Training management and teacher accountability in the education system (African Development Bank 2022). The education sector world over has been experiencing fast and fundamental changes in its organizational environment in the past decade (Ochola, 2019). To respond to this changing trends effectivelyEducation sector world over has adopted theperformance contractingto enhance service delivery.It is at the backdrop of this changing environment in education sector that this study was conceptualized........
