The study sought to investigate the influence of organizational teacher support on teacher retention in public primary schools in Machakos County. The study objective sought to establish the influence of organizational support practices on teacher retention in public primary schools in Machakos County. The study was based on Fredrick Herzbergs' Two-Factor Theory. Mixed method research approach using sequential type of design was employed to target 898headteachers, 8768 teachers, a TSC Director of education and 9 TSC sub-county directors. The study adopted Census, stratified proportionateand simple random samplingtechniques to select a sample of 90headtechers and 382 teachers.........

The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of teachers' job security practices on teacher retention in public primary schools in Machakos County. The study objectives sought to find out the influence to which financial security matters, performance mentorship, health support and professional ethics inducted to teachers in time has on their retention. The study based its findings on Fredrick Herzbergs' Two-Factor Theory of Motivation. Mixed method research approach was applied targeting 898 headteachers, 8768 teachers, One TSC Director and nine TSC Sub county Directors. The study adopted stratified simple random sampling where 90 headteachers and 382 teachers were sampled and for the directors, census method to the 8 TSC Sub county directors was used..........

Paper Title :: Spring back prediction of deep drawing steel used in 60 and 90 degree V-bending
Author Name :: Peter Mulidrán, Emil Spišák
Page Number :: 15-18

The springback of sheet metal parts is negative effect which occurs after the bending operation. Bend parts undergo deformation, which consists of elastic and plastic deformation. The springback effect is related to elastic deformation, which is governed by strain recovery of material after the load removal. The springback effect can be reduced by changing process conditions or by changing the geometry of forming tool. In bending operations it is possible to use the calibration force to minimize the springback effect..........

Paper Title :: Transportation of nanomaterial Maxwell fluid flow with chemical reaction under the second orderslips effect: Nonlinear stretching
Author Name :: M. N. Khan, Nadeem Abbas
Page Number :: 19-29
:: 10.9790/1813-11091929

Nanomaterial Maxwell fluid flow under the second-grade slip effects over vertical nonlinear stretching sheet is considered in this analysis. The effects of Viscous dissipation and thermal slip at the exponential sheet are taken into account. Buongiorno's model effects on the Maxwell fluid are also taken into the present analysis. The PDE's are constructed after applying the boundary layer approximations after using the flow assumption. These PDE'sfurther transformed into ODE'sby means of the similarity transformations. The ODE'sare solved to analyze the flow behavior through numerical scheme bvp4c. The impacts of the governing physical parameters are represented in the form of tables and graphs...........

Paper Title :: Numerical simulation of flow around three tandem cylinders

The laminar flow model is used to simulate the two-dimensional, constant flow field of three tandem cylinders, focusing on the effect of different cylinder diameters and spacings on the structure and characteristics of the flow field. It is found that under the condition of Re=50, periodic vortices with stable shedding occur in the tail flow field of the cylinder. The increase of the distance between the cylinders will cause the extension of the length of the upstream tail flow field and the growth of the drag coefficient of the cylinders at both ends of the distance, and the increase of the diameter of the cylinders will rise the area of the tail flow field and its drag coefficient while reducing the drag coefficient of the downstream cylinders...........
