In recent years, Latin America has experienced unprecedented growth in education coverage resulting in the need for the development of a proficient workforce to sustain and manage its rapid change and improvement. This study investigates the relationship between teacher quality and positive psychology, and more specifically, the importance of how cultural norms impact the way that individuals perceive their professional abilities. Specifically, an ordinal scale, statistical analysis of survey-based data of more than 300 Panamanian teachers was used to determine generalized attitudes regarding respondents' perceptions of self-efficacy and self-permission. The study finds that, in Panamanian culture, teachers' perceptions of self-efficacy are closely aligned with their experience in the classroom, while their perceptions of self-permission are associated with professional qualification.

The present work aims are to study the effects of the magnetic field, internal heat generation, thermal radiation, and bouncy force for the boundary layer on unsteady free convection heat transfer flow of a viscous incompressible electrically conducting fluid along with a vertical plate. The dimensionless partial differential equations of continuity, momentum along energy are analyzed with suitable transformations. For numerical calculation, an explicit finite difference method is applied to solve a set of nonlinear dimensionless partial differential equations. Dimensionless velocity and temperature profile are also investigated due to the effects of the entering parameters in the concerned problem. The analysis of the attained results is presented graphically and the flow field is significantly influenced by incoming parameters. The stability conditions are also examined.

Keywords - Free convection, heat transfer flow, magnetic field, heat generation, explicit finite difference method.

Integer programming is an important class of mathematical programming problems which is a useful tool for modelling and optimizing real-life problems. The knapsack problem is a form of integer programming problem that has only one constraint and can be used to strengthen cutting planes for general integer programs. These facts make the studies of the knapsack problems and their variants extremely important area of research in the field of operations research. This thesis seeks to apply the branch-and-bound algorithm to model site development for solid waste disposal in Sekondi-Takoradi metropolis as a 0-1 knapsack problem. The model developed could be adopted for any land site management problem that can be modelled as a single 0-1 knapsack problem. Seven sites were proposed for development and the study reveals that sites A, B, F and G should be selected to obtain an optimum output and recommend that Knapsack problem model should be adopted by the district assembly for refuse disposal management.

The springback of sheet metal parts is negative effect which occurs after the forming operation. These parts undergo deformation, which consists of elastic and plastic deformation. The springback effect is related to elastic deformation, which is governed by strain recovery of material after the load removal. The springback prediction is related to many parameters like forming conditions, tool geometry and material properties such as sheet thickness, yield stress, work hardening, strain rate sensitivity, elasticity modulus and numerical parameters. In this work, the influence of tool design on the springback effect of formed part is evaluated...........

Paper Title :: Effect of Sand Gradient Variation on Properties of CLC Concrete Mansory Brick
Author Name :: E. Sutandar || A. Supriyadi || G.Setyabudi || C.P. Handalan || M. Indrayadi
Page Number :: 13-21

One of the methods used to reduce the weight of a construction is by reducing the weight of the walls of the building. In such a case, a wall made of red brick has a volume weight of 1,500–2,000 kg/m3, and concrete masonry bricks made of CLC have a volume weight of 400–1,800 kg/m3. So, in comparison, concrete masonry bricks have a volume weight that is ≤ 50% of that of red brick. In the manufacturing of concrete masonry bricks, one variant is CLC (Cellular Lightweight Concrete), produced using a mixture of cement, sand, chemical admixture and water, with the filler material in the form of air generated as microscale soap bubbles (microbubbles), also known as foam agent. In the manufacturing of concrete masonry bricks, the sand as a binder material clearly affects the physical and mechanical properties of the bricks produced. This research is conducted to investigate the effect of sand gradation which includes a gradation of coarse sand, quite coarse, quite smooth, and smooth, it can be concluded that there was an influence of graded sand against the physical and mechanical properties of CLC concrete masonry bricks that resulted in quite smooth gradations (zone III) of having good sand fineness modulus 3,030.

This paper study of the effect of using treated wastewater on cement mortar and masonry walls, the potable water is considered scarce in many of the world's countries, and finding applications for treated wastewater reuse is very effective in preserving potable water resources. Therefore, an experimental program consisting of three phases was developed. The aim of first phase is to evaluation of the chemical and mechanical properties of the materials used in the specimens. The second phase includes testing of mortar cubes made from potable water and mortar made from secondary treated wastewater, according to the Egyptian code for designing and executing masonry works. The third phase is studied masonry prisms' using two types of mortar is mentioned above, where tests were conducted (compressive strength, shear strength, in plane tensile strength, flexural tensile strength for out of plan bending). The results showed minor change for strength prisms values, which constructed by using mortar made from secondary treated wastewater compared to prisms constructed by using mortar made from potable water.

Paper Title :: CFD Analysis of Supersonic C-D Nozzle for Optimization of Divergent Angle
Author Name :: Goyal S. || Singh S.
Page Number :: 33-43
:: 10.9790/1813-1003023343

The convergent-divergent nozzles with varying cross-sections are designed and are investigated by numerical simulations. Variation in divergent angle is made from 4.76ᵒ to 10ᵒ keeping all input parameters constant. Velocity, pressure, and Mach number contours are computed for every nozzle configuration obtained. Results report the direct proportion of velocity obtained at the outlet with the divergent angle when the computation is done considering the turbulence model. The results at the optimized divergent angle are calculated by analytical formulation in parallel and the mathematical results are found in good conformation with the analytical solution. Results so obtained show that even the slight variation of 0.01ᵒ in divergent angle above the optimized value shows reverse flow..........

Treatment of municipal wastewater has excellent potential in the circular economy, especially for water reuse. When we would like to reuse treated wastewater, we should additionally purify WWTP's effluent. Our research work was introducing membrane filtration with an ozone generator (MFO) to treat the effluent from municipal wastewater treatment plants. We used a SiC membrane filter with pores of 100 nm. The main goal was to remove as many suspended solids, organic matter, and bacteria as possible to obtain water that could be reused for various purposes. After membrane filtration of treated water (WWTP's effluent), the following treatment efficiency was achieved, namely: 55% of COD, 92% of total suspended solids (TSS), 88% of total coliform bacteria (MPN), and 93% based on Escherichia coli.......
